Instructions
Prep Tomatoes
Move the oven rack to the shelf-closet to the broiler. Turn the oven on to broil.
Place cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet and broil for 6-9 minutes. The skin should just start to brown and wrinkle.
Allow the tomatoes to cool to room temperature.
Make Tomato Butter
In a food processor, combine all of the tomato butter ingredients.
Mix until combined, about 30-60 seconds.
Notes
Serve the tomato butter as is or place in the refrigerator. Tomato butter can last up to 1 week in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer.
