Fruit Parfait with Rhubarb

Equipment

  • 1 measuring spoon and cup set
  • mason jar or bowl
  • spoon

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp rhubarb compote, divided
  • 4 tbsp granola divided

Instructions
 

Step 1: Start with the yogurt layer

  • Spoon about 1/4 cup of yogurt into the bottom of your jar or glass.

Step 2: Add fruit

  • Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of fruit on top of the yogurt.

Step 3: Add Granola

  • Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of granola on top of the fruit.

Step 3: Repeat the layers

  • Add another yogurt layer, followed by a few more tablespoons of fruit and granola.

Step 4: Top it off

  • Finish with a final layer of yogurt, then add fresh fruit (optional), a drizzle of honey, or other toppings if desired.
