My Mission

At The Addy Bean, I’m here to inspire and empower you to embrace a Flexitarian lifestyle with simple, nutritious, and flavorful meals.

My goal is to help you live a healthy, happy, and environmentally conscious life, one recipe at a time!

What is Flexitarian?

A Flexitarian diet focuses on mostly plant-based meals, while still including moderate amounts of meat, dairy, and fish.
