Ingredients
  

Protein Ice Cream

  • 1 bottle Fairlife Vanilla Protein Milk 11.5 oz
  • 1 tbsp instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 tbsp half-and-half (added after first spin)
  • Optional: ½ tsp vanilla bean paste for extra flavor

Root Beer Float

  • 16 oz root beer (Olipop or your favorite)
  • 4 scoops protein ice cream
  • Optional: Whipped cream, cherry, cinnamon, drizzle

Protein Ice Cream Base Instructions

  • Blend Base: Add protein milk + pudding mix to a Creami pint. Froth until smooth.
    Freeze: Freeze flat for 24 hrs.
    Spin: Use Lite Ice Cream setting.
    Add Cream: Pour in half-and-half, re-spin. Repeat if needed for creaminess.

Root Beer Float Instructions

  • Pour root beer into a tall glass.
    Add 2-3 scoops of ice cream. Let it foam naturally.
    Add optional toppings and enjoy!

Notes

Make It Adult

  • Add a splash of vanilla vodka
    or
  • Swap soda for stout beer (like Guinness)
