  • ¼ cup pumpkin pie filling canned or homemade
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp kosher salt
  • 2 cups water
