Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese whole milk preferred
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp adobo sauce optional
  • ½ tsp kosher salt optional
  • 1-4 tbsp water or milk optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth, about 15 to 20 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
    **Optional: Add water or milk as needed to reach your desired consistency.
