- 1 red onion
- ½ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ cup white vinegar
- ½ cup water
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp pickling salt
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 4 garlic cloves
Prepare Pickling Liquid
In a saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, white vinegar, honey, salt, mustard seeds, and garlic. Simmer over medium heat until sugar and salt dissolve.
